MarcWorks can reverse engineer an existing specialty valve or design and manufacture custom valves and parts in a variety of materials to resolve unique or difficult applications. Standard and special fittings include weld fittings, clamps, hangers, live load nuts, and several proprietary solutions are also available – in one-of-kind or production quantities, on schedule, as needed. Pharmaceutical and biotech fittings comply with the strict requirements of ASME-BPE-2005 and are designed for field installation to meet the tolerances required of automatic welding. And all BPE pharmaceutical fittings are marked and traceable to the original supplier.
